At aolab studio, this was the last project I took on before leaving. Working from the NIO × Mobifitness brief, I developed the initial exterior design proposal for the mini elliptical—defining the overall form language, proportions, and key touchpoints to reflect NIO’s sleek, tech-forward identity while accommodating Mobifitness’s engineering constraints. I produced sketch iterations, exterior CAD surfacing, and presentation boards that outlined metallic cues, interface/handle placement, and home-scenario integration. After handoff, subsequent appearance refinements and CMF development were carried forward by the internal team.
